1. How durable will my jewellery be?

Each piece is made to last the test of time, both in terms of physical durability and resistance to wear and timeless design. Certain statement pieces may be more fragile than others, so they need to be treated with love and care by you. Please check our Jewellery Care Guide for more information on how to keep your jewellery beautiful for years to come.

 

2. When will my order arrive?

Delivery times depend on destination and order type. Bianca aims at dispatching all ready to wear pieces within 3 working days of ordering, and all bespoke items immediately after production has been completed, usually 2-3 weeks. Postage times depend on Royal Mail, varying from 1-5 working days for UK and Europe to over 7 days for the rest of the world. Please check the 'Delivery & Returns' section for more information.

 

3. Can I ask for modifications of the pieces in stock?

Yes! Bianca is happy to make variations of the ready to wear items upon request. Whether it is a different size, stone or new design altogether, e-mail her with your requirements and she will make your vision come to life.

 

4. When will a new collection launch take place?

As a small business owner and maker, Bianca believes in the slow design approach that creates limited pieces that are made to last the test of time. Collections are launched after an intricate process of research, design development, prototyping, manufacturing, testing and marketing, all done by herself, which is bound to take extended periods of time. Sign up to the e-mail list to find out first about new collection launches. In the meantime, Bianca is always available for commissions of made to order jewellery.

 

5. How do I know my size?

Please check the 'Size guide' section for detailed information on jewellery sizing. If an item you like is not available in your size, please e-mail Bianca with your requirements and she will be more than happy to make the piece especially for you.
