Delivery

All orders come with free tracked delivery guaranteed, available internationally. Your item will be dispatched within 3 working days and you will receive a tracking number. Once posted, delivery times vary depending on the postal services and their processing time according to destination.

Royal Mail delivery estimates depending on address:

• UK: 1-2 working days
• Europe: 3-5 working days
• Rest of the world: 5-7 working days

 

For made to order and bespoke pieces, please allow 2-3 weeks for the production process, depending on the complexity of the design. Bianca will keep you updated regularly with the process of your commission and dispatch it as soon as the highest standard of manufacture has been achieved.

 

Returns

If you change your mind about a jewellery piece or you're not satisfied with your order once you receive it, please contact Bianca and she will be more than happy to discuss ways to resolve your issues. Whether through a resize, repair or exchange, she will ensure all customers have a great experience. Ultimately, you can return your item for a full refund.

In accordance with UK law, customers have the right to return items if they make a return request within 14 days of receiving the item and post the item back within a further 14 days. Cost of return packaging is covered by the customer. The refund will then be processed in full within 14 days on the original payment method.
